Exclusively positioned on the banks of the River Torrens, InterContinental Adelaide provides luxury city centre accommodation. The hotel is located next to the Adelaide Festival Centre, Convention Centre and Casino.

Intercontinental Hotel required a combination of general purpose, wayfinding and meeting room screens to be deployed throughout the hotel. Using a combination of Windows clients and SOC screens, LaunchPADS was engaged to deploy and setup templates that will service needs of staff and clients.

LaunchPADS sucessfully connected all screens to hosted server, and setup multiple templates, this included connecting PADS4 to the in house room booking system. This data connection allows the roombooking and wayfinding screens to automatically update without any user interaction, on time and correct screens as per bookings. This solution saves staff setup times.
