Seychell Constructions was established in 1985 by Emanuel Seychell, who already had extensive experience and expertise in the field of gas installation before eventually venturing out on his own. Until his retirement in 1997, Emanuel built the company into a leading service provider within the industry.

This legacy is carried on today by Tony and Darren Seychell, with 35 highly skilled team members and an extensive plant and equipment inventory, ensuring customers are provided with cost effective solutions as well as impeccable service.

Seychell Constructions were looking to replace an aging single user roster program and wanted to display rosters, company notices and personal messages to all employees. Seychell Constructions already had large screens in common areas that were not being utilized. After looking to see if a website could handle this, LaunchPADS were engaged to come up with a solution.

LaunchPADS were given a brief to come up with a way to  to display rosters, company notices and personal messages to all employees rather than printing them out and trying to ensure all employees recieved all the information. The other issue was multiple team leaders would need to be able to update this and preferrably no additional programs that staff would need to learn. LaunchPADS setup a simple spreadsheet to allow updating of the roster and messages, combined with a hosted version of PADS4, all data is taken out of the spreadsheet and styled and rendered on the exisiting large screens where all employees can check throughtout all shifts.

Seychell Constructions are completely happy and employee engagement has increased.
